Please read the entire listing. With the mice I leave the skull in. I clean the brain out. This is how they do birds and is safe won’t rot. I’m not willing to take the skull out because the skins are to delicate. If that’s a problem you should get one of my rat skins because I will take the skull out of those.
Someone left feedback saying they aren't tanned so I want to be clear tanning consists of pickling, neutralizing, then using a tanning agent. Which is what I do. Now if you want to make leather with them you would need to stretch and pull the skin and condition it. But if all you want to do is stuff it these are exactly what you want.
This listing is for one mouse skin. They are persevered and ready to stuff. They are best used with in a week. But can be refrigerated.
You can choose white , brown , gray, and black. I skin from the back so the fronts look good.
I’m now shipping skins in an insulated envelope with ice pack to ensure freshness.

The mice are shown in regular size and jumbo. The white are bigger I don’t really know why as I buy them in the same size and from the same place.
I have added a selection of hats and accessories for decorating your rat. You can find them in the taxidermy section of my shop. I will be adding mouse hats soon.
